At On Business Partner (“OBP”) we protect the personal data of everyone who contacts us through this website. 2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email address and message. Optionally, you may also share your job title, phone number and the service you are interested in.
3. Purpose
We use your data solely to respond to your request, schedule a meeting and, if you ask us to, send you information about our services. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Consent
Processing is based on the free, prior, express and informed consent you give by ticking the acceptance box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, and for no more than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a different period.
6. Processors and transfers
To receive form messages we use FormSubmit, a form delivery service that may process information outside Peru. This provider acts as a data processor and only uses the data to deliver your message to us. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to contacto@obp.pe with the subject “Data protection”. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
If you believe we have not handled your request, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add web analytics tools in the future, we will disclose it in this policy.
